One en-suite bathroom and a family shower room, a large and bright kitchen/diner to seat 6 with a door to the south facing garden, and a warm and light sitting room with a gas 'wood burning stove'. The property is modern and comfortable, and is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children. It is within the grounds of Ladywell House, and benefits from an acre of walled garden, and is surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmland. The Steading has very recently been refurbished with new shower room and bathroom, redecoration and full upgrade.
