The Gîte du Château de la motte welcomes you for 8 to 10 people maximum (2 couples, 5 children / teenagers and 1 baby).
6 km from the beaches, you can enjoy the peace of the countryside (isolated from a main road) while remaining close to shops (1km). The lodging is in a place called: Château de la Motte.
Ideally located Le Gîte du Château de la motte, 6 km from the wild beach of Lingreville, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel, 1h30 from the landing beaches and 3h20 from Paris by train (departure from Coutances station ).
After having lived in Le Gîte du Château de la motte for more than 6 years, we are now inviting you to come and stay there from 07/01/2021.

Fitted and equipped kitchen: TV, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, espresso machine, wine cellar, freezer, toaster, microwave and all the necessary cooking and baking. Central island with 5 seats. Washing machine located in a cupboard. Tea towels and dishcloth provided.
Dining room: table with 8 chairs, (two more on request), sideboard.
Living room: TV, board games, BONZINI table football, open fireplace, leather sofa and bookcase.
Laundry room: drying racks, iron and ironing board, WC area, geothermal heat pump, coat rack and shoe rack, high chair and baby WC booster (on request).

1st bedroom of 19m2: double bed 160x200, large capacity dressing room, 2 bedside tables, a reading light, an umbrella bed on request, a bench that can be used as a 90 * 190 cm bed.
2nd bedroom of 13 m2: 2 single beds 90 * 190, dressing room, 2 bedside tables.
3rd bedroom of 14m2: 2 single beds 90 * 190, dressing room, 2 bedside tables.
Shower room: large 100 * 130 shower, double sink, mirror, wc, and storage units.
