Your apartment has a private entrance and deck with BBQ and seating. IN THE SUMMER WE HAVE NESTING PEREGRIN FALCONS ON THE CLIFF WALL BEHIND THE HOUSE AND NESTING OSPREY FALCONS 1/2 MILE DOWN THE ROAD THAT HUNT A POND AT THE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE.
