Summary: I made a phone call to front desk 4min before closing for a extra bed in the room. She replied now? Lol I felt bad because it was 4min before front desk closed but the beds I picked was just not going to work for my kids. Front desk dropped off the bed in a timely manner and she was nice about it. Service was great.
