We have endless hiking and mountain biking single track trails coming right out of our back yard as well as an amazing winery you can see from the back deck. Restaurants and stores are just a mile down the road. Spend the day on tons of ATV trials that are minutes from the house. The house is a newer build under 6 years old, it has a comfortable floor plan with an open concept on both floors. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with plenty of seating in the living room and a large custom concrete bar in front of the kitchen. Downstairs offers comfortable seating as well on a large sectional with a large TV and a 16 ft custom built shuffleboard table. 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom are downstairs as well. The home also offers a 2 car garage with a large side parking area for any trailers you may need to park. The house is nestled in the back of a cul-de-sac on a short street just seconds from the main road. If you want to relax head to the fenced in backyard which offers great views of the wildlife coming in and out of the Black Hills in the early mornings and late afternoons.
