A luxury 2-room apartment with its own entrance, beautifully situated on the river la Sioule. In addition to sunbathing on our islands, you can fish, canoe, swim nearby, make trips by car, motorcycle, bicycle or on horseback / on foot ... plenty to do!
Layout of the cottage: Private entrance via the communal terrace; 1 bedroom with extra long bed (2.20x1.60), living room with double sofa bed (2.05 x 1.40), kitchenette with all the comforts to make your meals and bathroom with sink and shower with LED lighting for ultimate relaxation ; separate toilet.

We also have plenty of recommendations for a nice day trip, because there is plenty to see and experience in this beautiful area, swimming in the river is a pleasure, please inquire in advance if this is possible, it may be that the river is sometimes higher then state differently and then we strongly advise against swimming.
The location on the river la Sioule makes the area unique and extremely suitable for fishermen, rowers, cyclists, etc. There is also a natural Hot Spring (35 *) and the Thermes Châteauneuf-les-Bains nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area.
As an extra (paid) service we offer to pick you up and bring you to and from the airport Clermont-Ferrand (1 x v. V. Costs € 35.00)
We also have a number of bicycles for free for a ride in the area.
Most important rule: keep our new septic tank healthy, so: do not flush wet toilet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels, condoms etc. through the toilet! Thanks!
It is also great for children, but we live on a river: parents must guide their children, especially if they cannot swim !!

There is a NO SMOKING zone in the entire house and on the communal terrace.
