Summary: Came to visit the Viaduc de Millau on our way to southern France. Had a one night stopover at Les Caselles. Very friendly host, super nice room in a restored once-sheep stable. We chose to follow the in-house dinner concept. Very nice dinner, good atmosphere and at €30 per adult it was very good value. Got some good tips for our further travel southwards. All in all a very nice way to spend an evening/night or a weekend in the hills/mountains outside Millau.
