Spacious comfort house with sauna, fireplace and WiFi only 100 meters from the water. You live quietly and close to nature under the thatched roof on the Breetzer Bodden, which fascinates every nature lover with its uniquely beautiful landscape.
Vieregge, a tranquil little fishing village, is located directly on the Breetzer Bodden in the northwest of the island of Rügen. It is part of a whole chain of lagoon waters in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. In autumn, thousands of cranes rest here and offer a spectacular natural spectacle. The Bodden is an ideal area for all types of water sports and is also highly valued by anglers. Our cozy little house is located directly at the idyllic marina Vieregge, in front of the Pomeranian Baltic Sea coast. Families, anglers and water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here. Those looking for peace and relaxation are also in good hands here. In the immediate vicinity is the village of Gingst, which can be easily reached by car or bicycle. Bergen, Sassnitz, Rappin, Trent, Kluis and Schaprode are also easily accessible by car - here are the nearest major shops. Daily necessities are available in the small kiosk, directly in Neuenkirchen.
A few kilometers from Vieregge is the Schaabe, a twelve-kilometer-long spit, which with its fine sand is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Rügen. Opposite Vieregge is the island of Hiddensee, which can be reached by ferry from Schaprode and on certain days from Vieregge. The famous sights of the island such as the chalk cliffs, the Granitz hunting lodge or the white city of Putbus can be reached in less than 45 minutes by car.

Furnishing & equipment
Our modern and comfortably furnished holiday home has been ready for occupation since the end of April 2016. With us, the holiday begins with living: on about 100 square meters there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with three single beds) and a sofa bed (up to two people). (additional loft for sleeping). Enough space for the whole family. There is also a sauna on the top floor of the house. Here you can just feel good!
Room facilities:
The open living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all the items you need every day).
There are 2 bathrooms in the house. The bathroom on the ground floor is barrier-free and also has a bathtub. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a toilet.
The dining area offers plenty of space to sit together and eat. In the living area you will find a high-quality couch set, a book corner, of course a TV and a DVD player. WiFi is available.

Parking spaces for 2 cars and a south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a grill. The entire house is heated with underfloor heating. In addition, all windows have shutters.
