The charm of a country cottage of character with modern comforts in a calm and exceptional environment: in a hamlet of 5 houses near the farm (sheep) in the countryside, in the natural park of Causses of Quercy on the GR65.
Ideally located on the plateau between 2 rivers Lot and Cele, 8km from Cajarc (shops, restaurants ...) 16km from Figeac and 20km from St Cirq ...
In the center of astronomical Black Triangle Regional Park of the Quercy (Lot - France), between Cahors, Figeac, Saint-Cirq and Rocamadour, near the Dordogne.
The house (100m2) can accommodate 4/5 people.
It consists of:
Ground floor: Large living area of 50m2 with living / dining room and kitchen windows overlooking the 2 south / north gardens.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A large bright room with 1 bed 2 people door to campaign.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds. (+ 1 cot)
The living room has a sofa bed and can be converted into an extra bedroom.
On a semi enclosed garden of 900m2 terraces (not suitable for young children)
