The living room features a convertible sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting, and it has access to a balcony.
This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.
There are two bedrooms; one contains a double bed and the other a single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
Lastly, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including a washbasin, a large mirror, a bathtub, towels, and toiletries for your convenience. The toilet is separate, and a washing machine is also available if you wish to do laundry.
The apartment includes a private and enclosed garage, making parking convenient.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Please turn off the heating when leaving the apartment and do not keep the window open with the heating on.
Please note that this is a calm residence and hence no parties, loud music after 22H is allowed.
