The gite of the old school is located in a very small village in the Loir Valley, above the town hall, with a courtyard available. Close to a country inn and the 11-hectare English-style garden of Plessis labeled "Jardin Remarquable", 4 km from Lavardin (Classified among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France") and in an area rich in nautical bases (Tréhet, Villiers sur Loir...). A 12.6 km hiking circuit, the route of which can be downloaded from the Vendôme tourist office website, starts at the foot of the gîte. On the 2nd floor: large living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90 m), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m), shower room, wc. Electric heating included.
