A double bedroom (140x190 cm bed), a separate bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet complete this level. A washing machine is available.
Upstairs, a large open landing converted into a relaxation area with a bed/sofa (90x190 cm) and a foosball table awaits you for fun times. Two bedrooms (Bedroom 2 with a 140x190 double bed, Bedroom 3 with two 90x190 single beds) and a separate toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy a fully fenced private plot. In front of the house, a gravel courtyard provides parking for your vehicles. At the rear, a sheltered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a relaxation area invites you to enjoy the sunny days.
