Outside :
- An unheated 10 m x 5 m swimming pool, shared with another property, open from May/June to September (opening dates non-contractual).
- An enclosed, private, west-facing garden of around 300 m².

The house is ideally located in Herbignac, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- There are many historic towns to visit in the area : Guérande, le Croisic, Vannes, la Roche-Bernard.
- The seaside resort of La Baule, Le Pouliguen and Pornichet can be reached in 30 minutes.
