WELCOME!The house, only about 600 m from the lake, is modern and comfortably furnished. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower / WC and a living area with integrated kitchen. The cozy common room consists of armchair, 2-seater and 3-seater couch, a modern TV wall-mounted with TV, DVD player and radio. The kitchen is equipped with a sitting area, a mini kitchen, consisting of fridge freezer and two electric hotplates, as well as kitchen cabinets and all necessary electrical appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave). An electric boiler provides the hot water supply. A large bedroom is located upstairs, which can be reached via a space-saving staircase. It has a large double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and, on request, an additional sofa bed. The bedroom on the ground floor is also equipped with wardrobe, dresser and a double bed (accessible from one side only). All beds are linen-covered and there is a set of towels available, which are changed weekly (1 set = 2 bath towels and 4 towels). In front of the house you have two south-facing terraces (one of which is covered) with garden furniture, on request with a fire basket and a wood-fired grill. Your holiday home includes a sunbathing lawn protected by blue pans and the car parking space is right on the property. The house is rented all year round, as it is centrally heated. The heating costs are included in the rent. Electricity consumption is charged at € 0.30 per KW / h. Upon arrival, a deposit of 100 € is payable. The final cleaning is included for you!
