If you're a fisherman, you'll appreciate the private 8-hectare pond, located outside the property (70m), with private but not private access. You can fish for roach, carp, perch, pike, and eels. A fishing license is included. The no-kill pond offers beautiful areas ideal for long casts. You can also use the boat to explore the water. A fishing shed is available, as well as an outdoor sink, barbecue, garden furniture, and lounge chairs.

And 1h30 by car to Mont-Saint-Michel! Gîte on 2 floors - LEVEL 0 - a large living-dining room (36m²) with a fully equipped kitchen area offering dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, oven, induction hob, plancha.
