It has a balcony deck and lower patio with fire pit, bbq grill, and an interior gas fireplace. The home is well / septic. The cool summer evenings are quite and the air permeates with the fresh scent of pine. This is a MONTHLY RENTAL. The property is all yours and we come once a week to do maintenance on lawn and water system
