Just 1.5 km from La Bourboule and 5 km from Mont-Dore, the house enjoys a privileged location, ideal for recharging in the heart of nature. Facing south at an altitude of 1,000 m, the cottage offers exceptional panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and the Sancy massif. Here, you can fully enjoy the authentic charm of the Massif Central and a truly stunning mountain setting. The comfortable and fully equipped house can accommodate up to 6 people in excellent conditions. Layout: Basement: entrance, cloakroom, laundry room (washing machine). In winter, you are within easy reach of ski resorts: cross-country skiing in La Bourboule, Mont-Dore, La Tour-d’Auvergne, or Lac de Guéry, downhill skiing in Mont-Dore (linked to Super-Besse) and Chastreix-Sancy, snowshoeing trails starting from Murat-le-Quaire, La Bourboule, or Mont-Dore. Mont-Dore is also a leading destination for trail running, with major events in January and September, as well as marked trails year-round. After your exertions, relax at the La Bourboule water park, renowned for its excellent facilities. In summer, numerous hiking and mountain biking trails start right from the house.
