Street parking is not allowed for Short-Term-Rental guests per city ordinance, 2 off-street parking spots are provided, driveway is 22ft long, oversized vehicles are prohibited. Max 2 pets, must be approved in advance along with signed pet agreement. Maximum two pets allowed and must be disclosed and approved in advance.
