Hiking trail at the foot of the residence, renowned beaches at 2 minutes. Conveniences accessible on foot: supermarket leclerc, pharmacy ... the spacious terrace of 26m2 is a place where it is good to be with friends around a drink. It can accommodate between 2 to 6 people with a sunbathing area and 2 parasols and a hammock. You can spend a good part of the day there, it is shaded from 12:00 (shade is a luxury in high season) and it is protected from the wind. Only one floor to climb despite the fact that the apartment is on the second floor. The apartment is fully equipped and air-conditioned for a pleasant stay.
