The apartment has underfloor heating throughout. Large bi-fold doors open out on to the balcony which is 7.1 metres wide and has plenty of comfortable outside seating from which the fabulous views can be enjoyed.
There are many beaches, coastal and countryside walks nearby, the popular 'Back Beach' is less than a 5-minute walk away, and with bustling bars, restaurant, cafes, shops and pubs, it's the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Devon weather.
The Grand Banks development is located next to a west coast railway line so guest may encounter some daytime noise from the trains, but the trains do not run overnight. For stream train enthusiasts this is a great location for watching the Devon’s steam trains that regularly pass through Teignmouth during the spring and summer seasons.
