Enclosed garden (secure electric gate) of 350 m² with terrace (north). Spa available (from October to April, spa open upon request and at an additional cost: €10/day).
Ground floor: separate kitchen, large living/dining room (2 steps) with pellet stove and opening onto the terrace, laundry room, shower room, and separate toilet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (90x190).
2nd floor: 1 double bedroom (separated by curtains) with two single beds (90x190 that can be joined).
3rd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200). Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, baby equipment (bed + mattress, booster seat, bathtub, and changing mat), gas barbecue.
Not included: Electric heating (meter reading) and pellet stove (€8/bag), bed linens, towels, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee (€80 for holidaymakers, €100 for business guests).
