Quiet family neighborhood between 13th and 14th Streets on Central Avenue, just 1 block to Ocean City's unique shops and eateries on Asbury Avenue, 2 blocks to the beach/boardwalk. Park your car for the week and enjoy Ocean City's world famous boardwalk, 14th street beach, great restaurants, ice cream parlors, and plenty of activities to keep the whole family happy -all within walking distance! Our first floor, beach home includes a complete kitchen with a large table for six, as well as a large island that seats 3. The unit has new furniture, new front doors and new hardwood floors all throughout. It is professionally decorated in a tasteful beach theme of yellows, blues and white.
In the family room enjoy bright, seashore themed furnishings, new tv, and bright oversized windows. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room that can sleep 2 comfortably. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms that sleep 7 in beds. The master suite has a queen size bed and private bath, with plenty of room for a queen blow up mattress or pack and play; The second bedroom has a king bed and shares a hall bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has a twin bed and a set of twin bunks as well as a toddler mattress trundle .
The condo boasts 2 lovely full bathrooms. Our condo also includes a private covered porch off the family room. In addition, there are three ceiling fans. Also for your convenience, there is an outdoor shower, and a garage with a separate, locked storage area.
Our home is just 20 minutes to the casinos in Atlantic City and 30 minutes to historic Cape May. Please feel free to call us or e-mail us with any questions.
