Parties/events are not allowed, the property cannot accept bookings from local residents, minimum age of lead booker (and person staying) must be 25, the apartments are fitted with noise aware sensors and have 24-hour security, all our bookings include vat as we are part of the travel operators margin scheme and we are unable to provide a vat breakdown, your apartment will be allocated at 20 and or 20/a york place and for all deluxe apartment bookings your apartment is located at 24 york place. these are all separate apartment blocks/entrances, please note that there are no elevators and there are a number of stairs to the deluxe 5 bedroom apartment and the three bedroom apartment for 6 guests. these apartments are not suited for young families or those with mobility difficulties, there is no parking at the apartments, parking is best at the omni q car park on greenside row, reservation is needed and charges apply. details are sent once booked with us to receive a 40% discount on the 24-hour rateplease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
