Positive: We had a wonderful stay here, it was very close to Cluj Airport. From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly attentive and messaged us at every step, making sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. The level of customer service was outstanding, we truly felt looked after. The accommodation is very spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfortable, and the place felt extremely cosy, especially with the underfloor heating. The space is designed in a very innovative way, with excellent use of every area, making it both practical and stylish. The amenities were excellent: all the toiletries you could need in the bathroom, complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, and even Netflix included. The kitchen facilities were fantastic, with full use of pots and pans and everything needed to prepare meals. Another highlight was the floor-to-ceiling windows, it was snowing during our stay, and the view was absolutely lovely and added so much to the cosy atmosphere!

Negative: That we were only staying for one night, we would have happily stayed longer!
