Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The bed, the fact that I could see my car from the room I was staying in.

Negative: The guy at the front desk could not tell me why I was getting charged an extra $40 and some change. He said he had to wait for the manager to come in, after trying to give us a refund when I asked why he was charging us, but I couldn’t wait because I had to drive a long way home (8+ hrs). So he told me he would call and he never did. Not only did we pay the entire price before coming onto the property so we would not be charged and still got charged but couldn’t get a reason why. Also the pool was out of service which was a bit annoying because the whole point of us booking the hotel was for the jacuzzi and pool for relaxation. Maybe there’s a way we could’ve gotten a heads up through email or something for some type of consideration considering that there were other hotels that were cheaper.

Summary: Overall the bed was nice and comfy and the stay was nice. I just don’t like how I got charged extra with no reasoning.
