Elks Point is one of the most desirable locations within the Tahoe basin. Located on the East Shore of Lake Tahoe, this Nevada home provides solitude and privacy. The comfort and convenience of high-end appliances and finishes makes living easy, and yet this home is only minutes from Casinos, restaurants, theaters, shopping, the Heavenly Valley ski gondola, and the Edgewood Country Club and golf course. The gated community of Elks Point offers a large private cove and sandy beach with swimmer-friendly waters. The heart of this home centers around the highly appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, with dining room and living room adjacent. The living room offers a 60 inch HDTV with comfortable seating for all, while the fireplace flickers with the comfort of a winter fire to warm the mood. Just outside the living room, on the large sunny deck waits a heated spa to soothe the aches and pains earned on heroic ski days. Prepare your gourmet meal and serve it up on the dining room table just steps away form the kitchen while you marvel at the lake views filtered through ancient pine trees. Also off the kitchen is a bar ready to serve up your favorite beverages. The garage is street level with room for 2 cars. Enter from the garage into the house: there is bedroom #1 private room with a partial kitchen, full bathroom, TV and queen plus a full size sofa sleeper. Upstairs is the kitchen, dining room, wet bar with sitting area, living room and access to the deck with the hot tub and BBQ. On this level is also bedroom #2 with a queen. There is a full shared bathroom off the living room hallway. On the 3rd floor is bedroom #3 with a queen, and a loft with two twins. This bedroom also has a full private bathroom. Bedroom #4 is the master with filtered lake views, king bed and full bathroom. Occupancy: 1. Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. 2. You are only allowed 12 persons at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have. 3. 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit. 4. Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. 5.
