You will find a large garden (13,000 sq. m.), completely fenced and mostly lawn, with trees and flowering bushes. The pool, 6 metres by 12 with a depth of 1.1-2.2 metres, is in front of the villa and is shared with the guests of two other apartments on the same property; there is a paved bathing area complete with sunbeds and shower with hot water. On one side of the house, guests can use a covered portico with a table and chairs for outdoor meals, or for relaxing in the shade during the day. The tennis court is 30 metres away (but still in the property) and is also shared with the other guests, as is the parking.Interior
The villa is on three floors and offers very cosy furniture. The ground floor has a large living room with fireplace and access to the furnished patio, a large kitchen complete with utensils with access to the garden, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 small bathroom. A staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, where you will find 2 double bedrooms of which one with bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms with bathtub of which one with washing machine. On the second floor, there is a large living/dining room with cooking area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 beds and a bathroom with bathtub.
