The second living room with a bathroom with a shower can be converted into a fifth double or twin bedroom (upon request prior to arrival), a bedroom with a bathroom (bathtub), an outdoor pool with a salt chlorine system (chlorine-free pool) whose water can be heated in winter (heating is strictly related to the external temperature), a solarium area, a patio where breakfast is served, and a laundry room.
