Athletes can practice a range of water activities such as kite surfing, paddle boarding, wake boarding, sailing or even rent a boat in Pinarello.

4 Bedrooms in two separate areas for more privacy, ideal for 2 families with children. 2 bedrooms on one side with each bathroom and toilet, and a second sleeping area in the opposite area with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (and toilet) in the middle.
The main room is very spacious (46m2), friendly with on one side the lounge area with corner sofa, TV (pay channels including children available, WIFI) and on the other side a fully equipped kitchen ( dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine). At your disposal also a storeroom-laundry room of 8m2 with washing machine, dryer, ice machine and a second fridge very convenient for drinks. Each room is air conditioned.
Regarding the outside, the villa offers a very large terrace (100m2) combining tiles and wood (ipé) surrounding a heated pool secured by an alarm. Within this outdoor area, you will find a dining area shaded by an aluminum pergola with integrated lighting, a gas griddle, a lounge area ideal for an aperitif or evening discussions, 8 sunbeds for idleness, a petanque court for fans, and finally 4 outdoor speakers connected to an amp allowing you to stream your own music via your smartphone. All this allows to install a particularly pleasant atmosphere outside, where life is mainly during the summer.
For your toddlers know that we put at your disposal all the necessary equipment (cots, high chair, standing bath, WC reducer), the house is on the ground floor and fully fenced.
