Summary: After check in I found the room to not be clean. There were stains and holes in the sheets, I found what looked like a dried up grain of rice on the bed and saw insects on the pillow. Front desk offered me a change of rooms which I declined as I was too tired to risk having the next room be dirty as well. Front desk manager was kind, tried to resolve the situation and accepted my descion to check out and not spend the night at their hotel.
