The main floor consists of a full kitchen, 2 family rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom/laundry. The second floor is a master suite complete with king-size bed and a beautiful view of the lake. There are heated tile floors on the main floor. The home is located next to Memorial Park which offers camping, playgrounds, walking trails and access to the city bike path. It is a very quiet area on an L-street with minimal thru traffic.
