You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable – after this date the booking will be fully non-refundable.
A £150 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival and refunded after departure.

At the end there is a gate which will take you to the property - as you enter the gate the property is to the left of you. There is a 'Smugglers Cove' plaque and an outdoor table and chairs in the front garden as well as a '2 Smugglers Gate' sign under a light sensor at the front door.
