Here, you won't find a king size master suite, or a large walk-in shower. It's quirky, sometimes narrow, there are beams, creaking old parquet floors, and the blue staircase that leads to this funny little bathroom hidden at the top. From a police station, it has become a cabin, pirate ship, or secret hiding place, and that is all the charm of this 65m2 house.
First of all, we discover its garden and its 40m2 terrace, out of sight and wind, where you will enjoy eating outdoors and enjoying good grilled food on the barbecue.
Here, we disconnect! There is no wi-fi or television. We enjoy meeting up with family or friends.
On the ground floor, the living room has a lounge area to relax, a dining room to take your meals, and an equipped kitchen. You will find a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, as well as a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, coffee maker and toaster. You will also find on this level, a small bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
On the first floor, the sleeping area has 3 small bedrooms. In the first, it is a Queen Size bed (160/200) that welcomes you. In the second, you will find two single beds (90/190). And in the third, two bunk beds in the decor of a sailor's cabin, will delight children. A few steps higher, the house's second bathroom completes the house.
The house does not have parking, but if you come with your bikes, you will find a shed to store them in the garden. A washer-dryer is also available.
