Positive: It was clean, in order, in a good location

Negative: Tool us almost 95 mins to get in the apartment after 9.30 pm. The costumer service was an automated whatsap messaging that kept asking us for proving if we were at the right place after the key box had not opened with the code provided!! At 11 pm we were tired and exhausted and the code did not work. Finally, after mentioning that we are going to escalate the issue to booking, we got an alternative code to open the key box, which opened right away! (But for 60 mins the whatsap message center kept blaming us for not being able to open the box. Ridiculous)

Summary: Clean apartment, but wrong entrance code and terrible customer service
