Summary: I had rented a premium room and when i called the hotel to let them know i was going to be late getting there i was told they would leave the key in the room and leave the room unlocked and then gave me the room number. This was fine with me. Well i then received a call saying that the room they gave me was wrong and that they would have to change it, do to the fact someone was sleeping in it. They had no more premium rooms and would have to downgrade me. And they had no upgrades to give me. This frustrated me some do to the fact that me and my wife was trying to get away to the mountains for the weekend.
