Summary: It needs to be made clearer when booking that there are no staff on site and to gain entry you have to contact the management. This is almost impossible to do as phone number is incorrect and just gives an incorrect number message. We eventually stumbled across a mobile number by googling, no one would answer the call but did thankfully text back and we were then able to gain entry. All this whilst standing outside in the pouring rain. This happened also to other travellers after we had arrived so we were able to advise them. The family room was big but decor tired and carpets stained. The microwave was on a high shelf that needed to be lifted down and placed partially balancing over the sink to reach a socket. There was 1 champagne glass and 1 whiskey tumbler to service a room for 4. The guest in the room next to us and the guest above us both returned drunk and noisy late at night, whilst the hosts cannot control this I would suggest if you are looking for a family room, no that the walls are thin and you will hear all the noise! The location is brilliant for the town centre and if the host would address the issues we and other reviewers have raised then it would be a good spot to stay in.
