Set over three floors, the bedrooms consist of a second floor king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a first floor king-size , a first floor triple bunks (double futon with a memory foam mattress below, single above) and a second floor single. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is roadside parking available. The Beach House is a welcoming pet-friendly cottage, perfect for group gatherings situated close to beaches and family fun.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, Sky bundle with NETFLIX, WiFi, selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Small free public car park to the rear 1 min walk away. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 1 min walk. Note: The dining tables are drop leaf and in order for 8 to eat formally some furniture would have to be moved. Note: Max 6 adults and 2 children.
