Summary: 1. No proper instructions about the property and checkin instrections, the property number is not mentioned anywhere and had to pick from their photo. I had to make an international call to get the second room keys. Why? 2. No proper information nor communication about parking. I did speak to at least 3 other guests and all were struggling with the same. 3. WiFi didn’t work at all, all my planning for the following day is ruined. 4. Bedside lights were not working and had to switch somewhere and walk towards your bed in dark in a new place. 5. Kitchen kettle didn’t work so not even had a coffee. 6. Sink tap was loose and spills water around. 7. Air condition is joke. It simply made noise and didn’t cool the air. And no fan in the hot night. Ideally I should be getting a full refund for this one night(mare) stay for not using anything and have spent more money coming and staying in this apartment.
