Our flat has been fully renovated on May 2019 and has a brand-new designer kitchen, beautiful new furniture, fixtures and fittings! The flat is in a picturesque cobbled street in the West End of the New Town, which lies within a conservation area and Edinburgh World Heritage site. The listed building is approx. 200 year old and is ideally located within a three minute walk to the infamous Princes Street & Princes Street Gardens.

The space

Experience living on an iconic street with designer shops, beauty salons, bars/restaurants and plenty of deli/coffee shops all on your doorstep. With quick and easy access from the airport and train station, it’s the perfect location for a short stay to enjoy all the delights Edinburgh has to offer.

Our one bedroom well equipped apartment has been lovingly brought back to life. A brand-new high spec designer kitchen has been installed with beautiful quartz worktops and all new mod cons. The kitchen is fully fitted with a slimline dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. An iron, ironing board and clothes horse is supplied. There is a full range of kitchen utensils, dishtowels, dishcloths, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and dishwasher and washing machine consumables, as well as a selection of basic condiments, tea, coffee, sugar, foil and cling film.

The lounge has a brand-new Sony Bravia TV and Virgin Wi-Fi. New luxury carpets and curtains have also been fitted.

There is a luxurious cosy double bedroom with bespoke oak shelving, with a brand-new double bed, mattress and Egyptian bedding. New Hugo Boss towels are also provided.

The bathroom has all new Mira electric shower, toilet, sink vanity unit and electric heated towel rail. The bathroom comes fully stocked with The Scottish Fine Soaps Company shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, as well as toilet tissue.

Entry to the building is on William Street through a secured main communal door, with the apartment situated on the first floor (17 steps). Due to the age of the property, no service lift is available.
