This property was purchased by a group of friends who are avid hunters and wanted to have a place to stay in this popular hunting location. It is now ready to share with other people who love to hunt or fish or just sit back and relax in South Dakota. It is within walking distance of downtown Roscoe, SD. This is a three-bedroom house: 1 bedroom on the main floor with a double bed and a single bed. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and two single beds, another bedroom has 4 single beds. There is also a loft with one single bed. Main floor living room with double size futon. The bathroom is located on the main floor with shower/tub.
There is a 2 car detached garage set up for cleaning birds, and a place to set up your dog crates. We have installed a doggy door that leads to the fenced-in backyard where you can relax on the back deck and talk about the days hunt and watch the dogs. 30 Amp camper hook up available onsite.
We have made many improvements and will continue to make changes in the coming years.
The local restaurant/bar "Ricky's" is only 5 blocks away which currently has dart boards and pool tables. Tell them the Roscoe Rednecks sent you!
