***Greenfield Cottage is a single-family home located in a quiet suburban neighborhood in Madison, CT. Guests have described it as cozy, comfortable and “beautifully decorated”.We are just minutes to the town center which offers boutique shops, restaurants & the renowned bookstore, RJ Julia. New Haven (Yale) is approx. a 20 minute drive & NYC 90 minutes. Both are an easy commute from the nearby train station. We are approx. 4 miles from our three town beaches as well as Hammonasset State Park.**IMPORTANT TO NOTE**there is a studio apt in the lower level of the cottage that has a separate, private entrance from the main house which we stay in when we are in town — mostly for the summer months and briefly through out the year when my husband travels for business.
