Positive: Convenient to where I was going in the evening Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good but I dont know any want who will mess with a fry up.

Negative: The shower curtains was brown when it was it clearly ment to be white. Does nobody check the rooms before allowing a guest into them? The blind in the bathroom was a little tattie and I wonder how much someone outside could see.The shower curtains pole and the wardrobe rail were rusty. Carpet was also a little frayed in the entrance to my room. Hopefully these are on a fix list! Im sure it was cause of it being -3 that night but room wasn't very warm. I checked the heaters and looked like theyre on max but it was cold in my room. Unfortunately there wasn't much anyone could do that late in the night so didnt ask for someone to have look at it. Someone needs to check the apple juice cause im pretty sure that was off.
