Summary: It's a budget hotel and you can tell it is. Small room, some trash cans way overfull. Cheap flooring, furniture, and paint. But the staff was really friendly and down-to-earth. The room was clean and for the price compared to the other's on an event weekend I can't complain at all. Plus with the area we went shopping and got food and tattoos and barely had to travel 5 minutes in any direction of the hotel.
