Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location is great, close to Kew Bridge station, bus stops and Gunnersbury tube, so easy to get around. Also easy walk to the nice pubs along the Thames nearby. It was comfortable, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (it could fit a double or queen, though) and one with just a single. The open plan lounge kitchen was comfortable with an L-shaped couch, perfect for 2 lazy people to watch TV. The bathroom was fine, decent water pressure and hot enough. It is a basement flat, so not much natural light, but there's plenty of lights, the ventilation is fine, and it was clean inside. Also, it was quiet. Note, the entrance us around the back of the building for the street address. Someone had vansalised the back of the building by throwing red paint all over it (probably targeting the property above), but this didn't bother us. We read the previous review, but decided to take a chance, and were glad we did, we had a nice stay.

Negative: There is a drain just outside the front door, and that area, and the stairs down, were a bit messy with leaves and stuff, but there weren't any smells. There wasn't a doornat or bathmat, but we mentioned this to the manager (on Whatsapp), and they provided these and a few other things immediately that same evening, even though we had arrived fairly late.
