Located in Villevieille, our Villa Ô Sud is in a recent district, surrounded by vineyards and forests.
Very spacious villa with 230m² on one level. It has all the necessary comfort for long and short stays with family or friends.
It is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning and all rooms are equipped with TV and internet.
It has 2 parental suites of 20m² with shower room, wc and dressing room.
3 other bedrooms of 12m² with dressing room share a large bathroom. It has a large walk-in shower, a bathtub, a changing area, a double sink and plenty of storage.
In the day area, you will find a very large open kitchen, very modern, fully equipped, 25m2, a 30m² dining room with two tables that can accommodate 12 people and a 50m² living room with 3 large sofas and a very large TV.
The 25m² covered patio allows you to relax both day and evening, with TV and to accommodate up to 12 people.
In the shade, the summer kitchen with gas barbecue and a plancha.
From the large 70m² terrace, you can watch young and old having fun in the 9X3m swimming pool, on the trampoline, on the lady, in the 9X16m city foot or on pétanque. For convenience, you will find outside a toilet with sink and shower. But also an outdoor shower to cool off by the pool.
We have a large utility room with sink, washing machine, dryer and 2 electric water heaters.
We have a Carrefour Market nearby, open every day even on Sunday morning.
You can stroll around the Sommières market at night on Wednesdays in July and August. On Saturday morning all year round where you can also take the opportunity to take a trip to the flea market or for enthusiasts to take a tour of the Arena.
On Sundays nearby, you will have the big Lunel market but also that of Calvisson.
Halfway between Nîmes and Montpellier (25mn), we are about 1 / 2h from the beaches of Grau du Roi, Aigues-Mortes (Espiguette), Grande Motte or Palavas.
You may want to visit the Pont du Gard, the Haribo factory in Uzès, the pottery of Anduze, the Arenas of Nîmes, the Pasino de la Grande Motte, Les Halles de Sète, the saltworks of Aigues -Deaths, Lake Salagou, the village of Saint Guilhem le Désert or just want to go see a concert at the Arena in Montpellier.
You can also shop at the very large Quissac pharmacy or at the large Odysseum shopping center in Montpellier.
