Summary: The staffs were rude and unhelpful, we paid rooms with breakfast but the staffs said our rooms did not have breakfast included. We showed them our reservation form which clearly states that we have free breakfast included but they didn’t bother at all. Even the agent from hotels.com can’t get them to do anything and have to refund us for the breakfast fee after our stay.
