Summary: Food items missing from breakfast buffet on first morning.On our last morning (today),we were instructed to sit in a place we didn’t want to,but the position we wished to be seated wasn’t occupied or shown to be reserved.We’d sat in that area the previous 2 mornings without a problem Asked to have tea & milk replenished in our room ,but still hadn’t been done on our return in the evening.I complained about state of bed mattress,It was damaged & sunken,I had to put a pillow over the depression.Still not comfy & it affected my sleep.Told that all the mattresses were in the process of being replaced but shouldn’t really get to that stage of affecting guests comfort.
