Close to the market open every day (with Cotinière fish, butcher, roast chicken, early vegetables, cheese maker among others) Close to all shops on foot (bakeries, newsagent, pizzeria, pharmacy, doctor). Judiciously located very close to the cycle track because the bicycle is the preferred mode of locomotion. 5 minutes by car from Saint Pierre and its shopping complexes and 3 km from the sandy-vineyard and yachting beaches (accessible by bicycle).
This house is fully furnished to receive 7 people in maximum family comfort, it has a large room with equipped American kitchen (3-ring gas stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a electric kettle, dishes, dishes, and cookware accordingly).
