Negative: The fridge had been disconnected and took 6 hours to become cold on a very hot day. The tv was not working but was fixed within an hour by the husband who was very friendly and helpful. However, we had a very unpleasant phone call with the wife when we were trying to sort out the situation with the fridge. We did get an apology in the following morning, which was appreciated but it shouldn’t have been needed in the first place. Overall, the place was nice, it was just unfortunate we had those issues.
