Located on Palmer Lake in Loomis, Wa just 6 miles from the Canadian border. The main floor has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a large primary with an attached bathroom. Also on the main floor is the living room with a cozy fireplace, the kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Downstairs has a large family room with a ping pong table, pellet stove and sauna! Along with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Outside enjoy the large deck with a spectacular view! Also enjoy your very own private boat launch, private dock and private beach front. Across the road is your very own private, full tennis court with a basketball hoop, all of which is completely fenced in. The tennis rackets, balls, pickleball supplies, and basketballs are all provided. In the attached garage you can find and have full access to 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, corn hole, 2 bikes and an extra refrigerator. You won't find another property like this, come enjoy Palmer Lake!
